Hahnemühle Photorag has a super matte finish, making it one of our most popular papers among artists, photographers and illustrators. The paper delivers muted black tones with excellent color and detail reproduction. It has a minimal surface texture that creates a plaster-like, soft feel of cotton and creates an even gradient. The surface is very sensitive, we recommend taking particular care when handling it.

Wooden materials

Quadrum picture frames are made in Germany from FSC®-certified wood. The wood comes from sustainably managed forests that meet the Forest Stewardship Council criteria. The oak frames are made of solid wood from FSC® certified sources with oak veneer

Glass materials

The frame windows are made from edge-cut float glass with a UV filter of approximately 45%, except for size A1 which is high quality 3mm thick clear acrylic to prevent damage during transport. The frames are also equipped with an acid-free insert and a sturdy back panel.
