“HOW ARE THE ARTWORKS/PRINTS PACKAGED?”

We place great importance on safe, efficient, and secure delivery. First, the print is carefully covered with tissue paper and bubble wrap to eliminate the risk of scratches or creases. Packaged and ready for shipping: Your order is placed in a sturdy cardboard tube, secured, and sealed on both sides. Once sealed, your order is dispatched by our efficient shipping team, ensuring your prints reach you safely and on time.

“HOW ARE THE FRAMED ARTWORKS/PRINTS PACKAGED?”

Your framed artwork/prints are protected on all sides by a plastic sealant. This is meticulously applied by our specialists. Strong rigid foam is then carefully applied to the edges of your order to ensure nothing can be damaged. We then glue the ends of the foam together and add an extra protective layer for sealing before shipping your order.

Yes, I accept Paypal and credit cards.

“DUTY-FREE DELIVERIES IN THE UK, USA and EU?”

Yes, there are no additional import fees. We automatically route orders to our studios based on the shipping destination. Custom-made handmade frames or custom mounts may be subject to custom duties when shipping to the US or EU.

EU: In this case, we print orders in our studio in Düsseldorf.

UK: In this case, we print orders in our London studio.

USA: In this case, we print orders in our New York studio.
