Holzmaterialien

Quadrum-Bilderrahmen werden in Deutschland aus FSC®-zertifiziertem Holz hergestellt. Das Holz stammt aus nachhaltig bewirtschafteten Wäldern, die den Kriterien des Forest Stewardship Council entsprechen. Die Eichenrahmen bestehen aus Massivholz aus FSC®-zertifizierten  Quellen mit Eichenfurnier

Glasmaterialien

Die Rahmenfenster bestehen aus kantengeschliffenem Floatglas mit einem UV-Filter von ca. 45 %, mit Ausnahme der Größe A1, bei der es sich um hochwertiges, 3 mm starkes, klares Acryl handelt, um Schäden während des Transports zu verhindern. Die Rahmen sind außerdem mit einer säurefreien Einlage und einer stabilen Rückwand ausgestattet.

Framed orders shipped to all destinations are sent via DHL express courier.

We accept returns. You may return unopened items in their original packaging within 15 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase. If it has been 15 days or more since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully inspect it and notify you by email within a reasonable period of time as to whether you are eligible for a return. If you are eligible for a return, we will refund you the purchase price and automatically apply a credit to your original form of payment.

Shipping costs for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sold out items cannot be exchanged.
